condition 补助对象：对受疫情影响较大，在高明区注册登记的“菜篮子”基地。 补助标准：按照《佛山市高明区人民政府办公室关于印发积极应对新冠肺炎疫情支持企业复工复产共渡难关的十五条政策措施的通知》（明府办〔2020〕4号）第六条要求，给予上述农业经营主体土地、厂房租金一次性补助，补助金额标准为该主体2019年一季度租金总额的50%。单一经营主体最高补助金额不超过10万元，同一主体或同一合同不能重复、叠加申报。
procedures <p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（一）资格初审。申报单位填写《佛山市高明区应对新冠肺炎疫情支持农业经营主体回复生产经营补助资金申请表》，并报至属地镇（街）农林渔业局初审。属地镇（街）农林渔业局初审后，加具镇（街）政府意见后一式2份报区农业农村局主管科室。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（二）审核。我局主管科室核定补助金额并加具意见后，报区农业农村局农业发展科汇总。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（三）公示。审核完成后，我局将拟补贴名单在区农业农村局网站上公示5日。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（四）兑付。经公示无异议后，由我局按程序向区财政局申请拨付财政补助资金至农业生产经营主体指定账户。</span></p><p><br/></p>
