condition 我市转移至云浮市的工业企业：1.整体转移的企业，转移前必须在我市登记注册，正常生产经营时间超过一年，且有依法纳税的纪录；部分转移或者扩张发展的企业，总部必须在我市登记注册，且有依法纳税的纪录。 2.企业转移的行为发生在2016年11月25日《广东省人民政府关于印发<广东省促进粤东西北地区产业园区提质增效若干政策措施>的通知》发布之后。 3.转移企业必须落户在云浮工业园内，在当地登记注册，购买土地使用权或者签订土地租赁合同，且已开工建设，有实际投资。
procedures <p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 0em;">我市转移至云浮市的工业企业办理程序：</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"> 1.申报。每年组织申报一次，由符合条件的企业于5月29日前向各区经济促进部门提交申报材料。申报材料须经佛山对口帮扶云浮指挥部审核确认。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"> 2.审核。佛山市各区经济促进部门会同区财政、工商、国税、地税等部门对企业的申报材料进行审核。审核同意后，由区经济促进部门和区财政部门联合行文上报佛山市工业和信息化局。市工业和信息化局会同市财政局进行审核和实地核查，并提出本资金的使用方案，上报市政府批准。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"> 3.拨付。市财政局根据市政府批示将资金拨付到各区财政部门（企业整体转移的，将资金拨付到转移前所在的区财政部门），由各区财政部门将资金拨付到各相关企业。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/><br/></p><p><br/></p>
