condition 专项扶持资金的扶持对象为邮政、快递企业，主要用于支持企业2024年新建或对现有配送中心进行技术改造，鼓励应用智能分拣设备，提升生产作业自动化、机械化、智能化和信息化水平，符合以下条件的配送中心： （一）依法在佛山市进行登记注册并取得《快递业务经营许可证》《经营快递业务的分支机构名录》的法人企业或分支机构（分公司）； （二）2024年依法购买邮件、快件自动化或机械化分拣设备，并合法拥有该设备的所有权； （三）申报单位与购买设备单位名称一致； （四）经营状况良好，有独立、健全的财务核算和管理制度，未被列入失信“黑名单”； （五）具有健全的安全生产管理制度，经营场所符合《邮政业安全生产设备配置规范》的要求； （六）配送中心主要是对佛山市内收寄和投递的邮件、快件进行分拣处理，并且面积超过2000平方米； （七）使用自动化或机械化分拣设备进行分拣作业，分拣作业过程中使用符合标准的可循环中转袋（箱），日均处理邮件、快件量50000件以上； （八）自注册登记之日起未发生过安全生产责任事故。

description 主要用于支持2024年邮政快递企业新建或对现有配送中心进行技术改造，鼓励应用智能分拣设备，提升生产作业自动化、机械化、智能化和信息化水平。2024年佛山市扶持建设城市配送中心8个，安排扶持资金320万元（列入2025年财政预算）由市政府和配送中心所在地的区政府按市25%，区75%的比例分别负担，对符合申报条件并经市政府审批纳入扶持范围的配送中心每个给予一次性40万元扶持补贴，扶持资金按规定于2025年对扶持企业进行兑付。
