procedures <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（一）网上申请。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">符合条件的申报人登录“佛山扶持通平台”网站（https://fsfczj.foshan.gov.cn/）进行申报，建议使用谷歌浏览器或360浏览器极速模式。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">1.注册。对于首次使用系统的单位需先进行注册获得“单位管理员”账号，单位管理员登录后再给具体业务负责人分配账号（注：大企业需要，一般企业直接由单位管理员申报）。具体注册、流程和使用方法参考网站首页右侧登录窗口下的“视频教程”和“使用手册”。对系统使用如有疑问，可于工作时间拨打技术支持电话0757-83282211咨询。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">2.申报。申报人直接登录“佛山扶持通平台”，点击“项目申报”→选择区域→“高明区”→主管部门选择“高明区市场监督管理局”→“2019年度高明区专利资助工作”→“申报”→如实填写“基本信息”，在“附件清单”栏目上传对应的附件，确定所有信息无误后，点击“确认提交”按钮。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">3.审核。申报人提交后，单位管理员（账号）进行网上审核并提交。（自然人申报无需操作此步骤）</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">4.网上申报所需要提交的材料，请参照《佛山市高明区专利资助申报指南》（附件2）。<br/>5.请申报人确保银行账号相关信息在收到专利资助款项前不会进行变更。如有变更，请尽快与区市场监督管理局联系并反映情况。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（二）网上审核。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">区市场监督管理局知识产权管理科对申请材料进行初步审核后，区市场监督管理局（知识产权局）委托第三方（会计师事务所）再进行复审和汇总。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（三）纸质材料递交。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">1.区级复审审核通过后，申报人将申报书（纸质）一式二份报送区市场监督管理局（知识产权局）知识产权管理科。具体需要递交的纸质材料，请参照下文第四点“纸质材料递交要求”。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">2.区市场监督管理局（知识产权局）收集汇总本区申请材料（纸质）和汇总表（纸质和电子件）按相关程序报批和存档。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（四）核准。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">区市场监督管理局（知识产权局）将资助材料审核情况汇总报送区政府或区财政局审批。</span></p><p><br/></p>
