condition 一、扶持对象 包括在大沥镇辖内工商注册的规上工业企业和重点招商项目。具体如下： （一）“规上工业企业”是指：年主营业务收入达到2000万元及以上，且纳入统计名录库的在库企业。“规上工业企业”名单以区统计局提供的在库名单为准。 （二）“重点招商项目”是指：通过镇招商中心以招商引资方式引入的镇内重点工业或商贸流通业项目，以及镇内工业企业进行大规模增资扩产的重点工业项目。“重点招商项目”名单由镇招商中心认定。 二、申报条件 （一） 企业在大沥镇辖区范围内依法进行工商登记与税务登记。 （二）依法经营，诚实守信。企业近一年来没有发生过较大的安全生产、产品质量安全、环境污染、劳资纠纷等违法违规行为。 （三）在疫情期间，积极配合政府复工复产及疫情防控工作的部署，开展相关工作。 （四）在疫情期间，没有发生疫情失控事件。
