condition 防疫企业专项补贴对象： 本实施细则适用于《工作方案》中获得疫情防控重点保障专项财政贴息的企业（含全国性名单、省级名单、区级名单等），且在大沥辖区内依法进行工商注册和税务登记，取得经营范围相关的行政许可，具备可持续发展能力的法人企业。
procedures <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（一）申请。依据《工作方案》的流程申请认定为疫情防控重点保障企业，并取得相关贷款业务，申报完成上级的财政贴息资金后，向大沥镇经济促进局申报相应补贴扶持，提供完整、真实的申报材料。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（二）审核。大沥镇经济促进局在收到申报材料后，对申请企业是否符合补助条件、申报内容是否属实等进行初审。初审后，形成推荐意见连同申报材料报大沥镇人民政府审批。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（三）公示。大沥镇经济促进局根据审定结果在南海区人民政府网大沥镇人民政府栏目公示5个工作日。公民、法人和其他经济组织自公示之日起5个工作日内，对公示事项直接涉及自身重大利益或者自身与申请单位重大利益的，可依法向大沥镇经济促进局进行书面陈述。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（四 ）资金拨付。公示无异议后，镇财政部门根据审批意见按规定程序完成资金拨付手续。</span></p><p><br/></p>
description 对符合条件的申报对象，镇财政按企业实际获得相关贷款利率的10%进行贴息，贴息期限不超过1年。对本实施细则所有扶持对象的贴息总额不超过250万元。单个企业镇级财政和上级财政贴息总额超出利息总额的部分，镇财政不再补贴。
