procedures <p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">全程网报，无需提交纸质材料，所有申报材料请务必盖章后再上传提交。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;"></span></p><p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（一）申报单位注册。申报单位具体业务负责人登录佛山扶持通（http://www.fsfczj.gov.cn）→点击“项目申报-立即申报”或者“工作台-我要申报”，通过点击“立即申报”→如实填写“基本信息”，在“附件清单”栏目上传对应的附件，确定所有信息无误后→点击“提交申请”按钮。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">对于首次使用系统的单位需先进行注册获得“单位管理员”账号，单位管理员登录后再给具体业务负责人分配账号。具体注册、流程和使用方法参考“系统”首页的 “使用帮助”。对系统使用如有疑问，可拨打技术支持电话0757-83282211咨询。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（二）网上申报。各单位的具体业务负责人进入业务系统进行申报书填写并提交，由单位管理员、各区科技局（经济和科技促进局）业务管理员、市科技局业务管理员进行网上审核。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 14px;">（三）审核推荐。申报单位对申报材料进行认真审查，确保申报质量，通过后提交至对应的项目组织单位（各区科技管理部门）。组织单位对申报材料进行网上推荐，并填写孵化载体减免租金审核汇总表（附件3），盖章后上传系统提交至市级审核。</span></p>
