description 佛山市行政区域内企业在外国（地区）应对专利侵权诉讼，最终判定专利侵权不成立的，美国、日本、欧盟国家每件给予维权费用的50%（最高不得超过30万元）资助，其他国家或地区每件给予维权费用的50%（最高不得超过15万元）资助。侵权是否成立以法院生效的裁判文书为准。
